Congratulations to the following Charlotte Christian students and recent graduates on earning Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar distinctions. A total of 56 AP honors were earned by students based on AP exams taken in May of 2018. Charlotte Christian offers a total of 20 College Level Courses including both AP and Level 500 Honors selections. Students who pass AP exams after taking AP courses may be eligible to earn college credit based on their scores and the individual college/university requirements. 148 students took the AP exams in May 2018 with 87% receiving a score of three or higher.

National AP Scholars
This recognition is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 4 on all AP exams taken, and scores 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams.

AP Scholars with Distinction
This recognition is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

AP Scholars with Honor
This recognition is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

AP Scholars
This recognition is granted to students who receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams.
