Registration for the upcoming camp week closes each Friday at 3 p.m. Walk-up campers must register and pay for camps in full before attending summer camp. Charlotte Christian School reserves the right to cancel a camp due to insufficient enrollment.
Please note: Grades are for rising 2022-23 school year. JK campers must have turned 4 years old by February 1st, 2022.
REGISTRATION FEE
Enrollment in any camp requires a one-time per child registration fee that is in addition to the camp fee.
$35 per camper one time before May 16th
$45 per camper one time after May 16th
REFUND POLICY
All camps are non-refundable within two weeks of the start of the camp, unless the school cancels a camp. The registration fee is non-refundable. If you cancel a camp, a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed. All camps are subject to a minimum number of campers, and Charlotte Christian School reserves the right to cancel camps based on insufficient enrollment.
COVID-19
Charlotte Christian is committed to creating a safe and enjoyable camp experience for campers and staff alike. We are seeking to maintain the integrity of our camps while also implementing the guidelines put in place by the state and other organizations. Charlotte Christian will be in compliance with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services guidelines for operating camps, as well as CDC and ACA (American Camp Association) recommendations. We will send an email with the most current policies as we get closer to the summer. We hold the right to change these policies as needed for the health and safety of our campers and workers.
