Freshman Emma VanDeVelde Wins Blumey Award

Freshman Emma VanDeVelde won Best Supporting Actress at the inaugural 2012 Blumey Awards last Sunday evening. Emma was nominated for her performance as Anita in Charlotte Christian’s spring musical West Side Story. Also at the awards, senior Bethany Klinect received a $10,000 scholarship, renewable annually, from the Doctor Family Foundation.
