Congratulations to the middle school Flik competition team who finished in second place at the Flik Invitational Cook-Off on Wednesday, April 18. The students participated in this Iron-Chef style competition against student culinary teams from Charlotte Latin and Providence Day in a fundraising event that raised $4,000 for Loaves & Fishes.
The team prepared a three course meal consisting of an appetizer, entrée and dessert. At the competition, the team was also given a secret ingredient of pears to incorporate into their menu.
