Swim & Tennis Center

The Swim and Tennis Center is an extension of the Charlotte Christian campus located at 7823 Sardis Road. The pool hosts home meets for the varsity swimming team, school activities, clinics and camps and memberships to the public. The pool depth ranges from three to nine feet deep. Lifeguards are on duty during operating hours. There are dressing rooms as well as an outdoor covered area and grill. The clubhouse is used for parent coffees during the school year and is available to rent and reserve for meetings, birthday parties, etc. Adjacent from the clubhouse is the tennis facility that houses four tennis courts.

The pool will be open for swimming:

May 25 - 27, May 31 - Aug. 19
Monday - Saturday, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday, 1 - 6 p.m.

Aug. 20 - Sept. 2
Monday - Friday, 1 – 7 p.m.
Saturday, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Sunday, 1 – 6 p.m.

*The pool will be closed at 4 p.m. for swim meets: June 28 & TBA

General swim and tennis hours will be modified at the beginning and end of the season according to the Charlotte Christian School calendar and team practices.

Membership

Charlotte Christian School offers membership to the Swim and Tennis Center to the public as well as a discounted membership for Charlotte Christian employees and families enrolled for the current school year.

2013 Membership Fees

Clinics, Camps & Swim Team

Charlotte Christian offers a spring and summer water program schedule with a variety of clinics and camps to aid all levels of swimmers.

Spring Swim Clinic 2013

Students can get ready for their summer league team. They will brush up on their strokes, turns, and starts. Instructors are trained in competitive swimming strokes and skills.

Days:	Tuesday & Thursday
Dates:	March 19, 21 April 9, 11, 16, 18, 23
Time:	4:15 - 5 p.m.
Cost:	$85

(Prerequisite: Swim the length of the pool.)

Learn to Swim 2013

The American Red Cross trained instructors will be teaching your child the basics of water safety and swimming. Instructor to swimmer ratio will not exceed six swimmers to one instructor.

Days:	Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Dates:	March 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21
Time:	3 - 3 p.m.
Cost:	$75 per child

Fall Swim Clinic 2013

Students willl brush up on their strokes, turns, and starts. Instructors are trained in competitive swimming strokes and skills.

Dates:	Oct. 1 - 24
Time:	4:15 - 5 p.m.
Cost:	$85

Summer Swim Camp 2013

The swimming skills of campers will be assessed by certified swimming instructors. Each child will receive instruction in a small group setting, working at their appropriate level to improve swimming skills. Time for pool games and free swim will be provided. In case of bad weather, instructional time will be spent with an art/craft project. Click here to register online through summer camps.

Summer Tennis Camp 2013

This camp is designed to teach children how to enjoy tennis. Whether the student is a beginner or an accomplished player, this camp will build their confidence and enhance their skills.

Time:	9 a.m. - Noon
Cost:	$175 (Tennis only) $250 (Swim & Tennis)
