Tuition includes local field trips, textbooks for all grades, language arts novels and physical education uniforms. Additionally, for middle and upper school students tuition includes trips to Windy Gap and caps and gowns for seniors. For 2013-14, tuition includes a daily lunch program provided by Flik food services at all grade levels.

A non-refundable deposit of $800 (and $400 for each additional child) is required at the time of initial enrollment or re-enrollment.
A $750 non-refundable new family fee is due at the same time as the enrollment fee.
Full payment is encouraged. New students are eligible for a $200 credit per student if they pay tuition in full within two weeks of acceptance.
A monthly payment plan is also available for 10 months beginning in July 2013 with an installment fee of $250 per student.
Extended Day Program Quarterly Rates
The Charlotte Christian School Extended Day program provides care beyond the regular school day for students in JK-grade 8. Through organized activities and supervised free time, the Extended Day program is designed to enrich the intellectual, spiritual, social and physical development of students. Classroom space, computers and outdoor play facilities are available to children for homework, play and various other extracurricular activities. Special field trips on teacher work days and early dismissal days also contribute to making the Extended Day program a valuable opportunity for our students and their families. Rates listed are for the current year.

Extracurricular class offerings are taught by Charlotte Christian School teachers, parents, and approved community providers. You are entitled to a one-time $65 enrichment activity credit per year, per student, if your student is enrolled in Extended Day for four or more days per week (full time) for the entire school year, excludes karate.

Middle school students join the program at 2:50 p.m. or when their after school activities end. Please note that all middle school students must be in an after school activity or be signed into the middle school Extended Day room. Any middle school student found unsupervised on campus will be directed to go to the Middle School Extended Day room.
