Middle School Creative Writing

Start Date: Friday - August 03, 2012
Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
What do World War II, most embarrassing stories, superhero powers, Democrats vs. Republicans, and space travel all have in common? These are all potential writing topics for the writing seminar taking place this summer. Students will delve into all types of writing including, creative, persuasive, narrative and expository. Exposure to time-tested examples of each will be incorporated into our camp. Along with learning the fundamentals of writing, students will be given the opportunity to refresh their grammar and punctuation skills as they write. A great way to prepare students for the upcoming year!
